Thank you for shopping at Laaluxe.com. Laaluxe.com is operated by Hongyao Trading Co., Ltd. of Hong Kong. We are committed to ensuring your complete satisfaction with our mugs. This Refund Policy outlines our guidelines regarding returns, exchanges, and refunds.
To be eligible for a refund or exchange, the item must meet the following criteria: the return request is made within 30 days of delivery, the mug must be unused, in its original packaging, and in resalable condition, with all original tags, labels, and accessories intact, and a valid proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is provided.
The following items are not eligible for returns or refunds: customized or personalized mugs, mugs that have been used, damaged, or altered by the customer, and items purchased during clearance or final sales (clearly marked as non-returnable).
Refund Process: Contact our customer service at service@laaluxe.com and provide your order number and detailed reason for return. Our team will review your request within 2-3 business days and, upon approval, issue a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number. Please ship the item back to the address you provided, clearly marking the RMA number on the packaging. Unless the return is due to a product defect or shipping error on our part, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. After approval, a refund will be processed via your original payment method within 3-5 business days. Please note that your bank may require additional time to reflect the refund in your account.
